Making our own natural compost

Our expert gardener Cezary Michale visited Jadwiga school to train our students on how to make organic fertiliser using BOKASHI method
We all chipped in to create this wonderful selection of ingredients: scraps of fruit and vegetables, orange peels and wilted leaves mixed with coffee grinds and sprinkled with the EM-bacteria. Now it will all ferment in the tightly sealed Bokashi composter bucket. When it is ready, we will use it to fertilise the plants growing in our vertical greenhouses.
